Camper & Nicholsons, the world’s leading yachting company (est. 1782), is expanding its Charter team in Florida.
We are looking for either a Senior Charter Manager or a Charter Manager with 3+ years’ experience who is ambitious, driven, and ready to grow fast.
Your Mission:
Manage a portfolio of luxury yachts and boost their charter performance, while using your business development skills to help grow our US fleet in a booming market.
What you’ll do:
Ensure smooth and efficient charter operations at every stage.
Build strong relationships with owners, captains & crew.
Work closely with our global broker network.
Identify & onboard new yachts to expand the fleet.
What we’re looking for :
Charter experience (3+ years) or senior level.
Strong commercial mindset.
Ambition, autonomy & excellent client skills.
Passion for the yachting industry.
