As our superyachts fleet continues to grow, we are strengthening our Yacht Management Department with the recruitment of a Deputy Head of Yacht Management Department, reporting to the Group Head of Yacht Management Department.

The role combines hands-on team management with a strong involvement in the development and structuring of our Yacht Management systems, processes, and tools, with the objective of continuously improving the overall performance of the department.

Key missions:

Team Management & Daily Operations

  • Oversee Yacht Management activities (technical, fleet management, ISM/ISPS, crew, finances, etc.);

  • Lead team meetings and follow up on key actions;

  • Support recruitment and resource planning with the Group Head of Department;

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day fleet management and resolution of operational issues;

  • Ensure high-quality service and responsiveness to clients and internal stakeholders;

  • Act as a key liaison with other departments;

YMD Systems, Tools & Process Development

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Yacht Management software and tools;

  • Work closely with the Tech Team and internal stakeholders to enhance systems, reporting, and data management;

  • Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and consistency;

  • Structure documentation and information flows within the department;

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives to improve overall department performance;

  • Define and monitor KPIs related to client satisfaction and team performance;

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement concrete actions;

  • Support the structuring of the department to accompany growth;

Profile

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in yacht management;

  • Strong experience in managing or coordinating teams, with a genuine interest in team leadership;

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage day-to-day operations;

  • Interest in systems, tools, and process improvement;

  • Good understanding of budgets and financial follow-up;

  • Strong communication skills with clients, captains, and internal stakeholders.
