To assist the Crew Placement Department with daily administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations. The role supports the Crew Placement Specialist in maintaining accurate crew records, handling documentation, and communicating with candidates and departments as required.
Assist the Crew Placement Specialist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
Maintain and update databases and digital crew records: Verify candidate profiles to ensure all information is complete and accurate, making direct contact by email and/or phone when needed.
Review crew CVs, certificates, and references for completeness and validity.
Assist with conducting crew interviews when required.
Support with job postings, candidate communications, and reference follow-ups.
Assist with filing, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
Perform other related duties as required to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience working onboard preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Job Boards and digital tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Interest in HR, administration, or crew management fields.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Type of Contract: Temporary (initial duration 6 months)
