Camper & Nicholsons is seeking a seasoned and strategic Public Relations & Events Manager to join our global marketing team. This pivotal role demands a creative individual with a proven ability to deliver exceptional events, cultivate high-value partnerships, and elevate brand visibility through strategic public relations. With a particular focus on the North American market, this individual will design and execute experiences that enhance client relationships and create meaningful opportunities for our commercial teams to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Strategy & Execution: Design and implement an event strategy encompassing yacht shows, exclusive partner events, and bespoke brand experiences that align with commercial objectives and client relationship goals.
- Partnership Development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to amplify brand presence and maximize lead generation opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with commercial teams to establish clear event goals, delivering measurable outcomes such as increased client engagement and brand exposure.
- Public Relations Leadership: Develop and execute global PR campaigns that reinforce Camper & Nicholsons leadership in the luxury sector, with a concentrated effort on expanding influence in North America. Foster relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand positioning.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all logistical and financial aspects of event planning, including budget management, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-value experiences.
- Performance Monitoring: Measure and report on the impact of PR and event initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and continuously improvement.
Key Skills Required:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in event management, public relations, and partnership development, ideally within luxury or high-net-worth sectors.
- Expertise in designing events that drive lead generation and foster meaningful client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative flair for event planning and public relations.
- Familiarity with the luxury yacht industry or similar fields is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
