Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our CRM system by translating business needs into new features and managing their development.


Key Responsibilities:


CRM Strategy & Development:

  • Translate business requirements into actionable CRM features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to design, build, and implement new functionalities.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the CRM platform in alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee data entry, accuracy, and segmentation to ensure targeted communication and effective customer relationship management.
  • Regularly audit data for accuracy and update it as necessary.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and database workflows and automations.



Feature Management:

  • Work closely with the development team to manage the end-to-end feature development process.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth deployment of new CRM features.
  • Monitor performance and user feedback for ongoing optimization.



Opportunity Identification:

  • Use CRM analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within the customer database.
  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns based on segmented data insights.
  • Continuously explore ways to enhance customer engagement and business efficiency through the CRM.



Reporting & Analysis:

  • Create regular reports on CRM and YDB performance, user activity, and campaign results.
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.



Assure user adoption:

  • Oversee creation of a knowledge base and training material for end users.
  • Organize training materials/ sessions for end users.
  • Actively promote user adoption of CRM throughout the business.


Qualifications:


  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), with relevant certifications (preferred).
  • Product Management: Skills in product strategy development, lifecycle management (roadmap, prioritization, launches), and CRM process optimization.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret user data to refine features and adapt product strategy.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT) and user training.
  • Project Management: Strong organization skills and familiarity with agile methodology to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Fluent in English.
