The Senior Corporate Accountant oversees some or all accounting activities of the Company and/or its subsidiaries.
Main Accountabilities and Duties:
- Support the team in the accounting month-end closings:
- Handle the day-to-day accounting on some of the entities (invoices – bank and petty cash reconciliation), in accordance with the IFRS principles and the company accounting policy.
- Prepare the monthly tax (VAT) report.
- Contributes to the month end process including delivering the financial results on time in line with the month end timetable and ensuring the integrity of accounting information.
- Reconciliation and annual justification of the accounts and financial statements.
- Prepare customized reports and analyses for the management.
- Manage external audits of some entities.
- Liaise with Bankers, work with external parties and tax agents.
- Other ad-hoc accounting or finance related assignments.
- Participate in internal control process, in the improvement of the current software, being able to step back to assess current processes in place and where / how generate more efficiencies.
- Participate in various finance projects and tasks.
- Help the Yacht Management Department (YMD) in various tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- International Experience dealing with different cultures
- Proficiency in Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent in English and French. Italian would be a plus
- Knowledge of Sage X3 preferred
Qualifications:
- University degree in finance and accounting
- Master: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in General Accounting, audit background
- Bachelor: Minimum of 6 years’ experience in General Accounting, audit background
