We are looking for our Yacht Finance Manager, to manage the team of Yacht Accountants in Europe (9 people), and to support Yacht Accountants in all other offices.
Main Accountabilities and Duties:
The Yacht Finance Manager will be responsible for managing processes and procedures and being the liaison with Corporate Finance & Legal.
The Yacht Finance Manager is expected to ensure the smooth financial operations of the managed yacht fleet. This will involve working closely with the Head of Yacht Management and fleet managers. He/She will be a point of contact for clients on all financial matters.
The Yacht Finance Manager will report yacht management revenue on a monthly basis, invoice co-ordination and assist in the preparation and monitoring of the Yacht Management Division annual budget and financial performance.
In addition, the Yacht Finance Manager will also manage accounting for his/her own fleet of yachts, providing detailed monthly accounts, monthly budgeting, fund requests, and assisting the captain with the financial operations of the yacht.
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a financial role (such as corporate finance), ideally within the yachting industry or a comparable field (such as real estate management or aviation).
Previous management experience is mandatory.
Proven skills in client liaison.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
