What You’ll Do:
Oversee the technical and mechanical performance of yachts, ensuring optimal efficiency and operational readiness.
Manage dry-docks, refits, major projects, and routine maintenance, coordinating with shipyards, contractors, and onboard teams.
Support the auditing teams in conducting ISM / technical audits as required.
Ensure compliance with international maritime standards and regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, MLC, REG/PYC, ISM/ISPS).
Maintain accurate reporting and communicate effectively with owners, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in technical standards, vessel reliability, and operational efficiency.
Who You Are:
Class-1/Class-2 Marine Engineer CoC or equivalent; significant experience in superyachts and/or commercial vessels.
5+ years as Chief Engineer or senior engineer on large yachts or commercial ships.
Skilled in complex marine engineering systems, PMS platforms, project management, and budgeting.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills; able to manage onboard crews and contractors effectively.
Proactive, safety-focused, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.
